The Perry Company was selected by Spectrum-Charter Communications to build out a 40,000 SF Interior Remodel of existing space for their corporate facilities. New finishes included millwork & partitions, acoustical ceilings, cubicles,  break-room and conference rooms.

A new 6,324 SF metal shed building for covered storage and a 150 space parking lot were also added.
