Industrious & Third Lake Design & Construction selected The Perry Company to design and build their 30,000 SF, 3 floor, co-op workspace @ 200 Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg.

Construction consisted of demolishing three existing floors and putting in a new staircase connecting floors 3 and 4.  The over 100 newly furnished and finished offices overlook downtown St. Petersburg and the Bay.
