Third Lake Design partnered with The Perry Company to design and build-out a new, private, fitness center located in the heart of Ybor City. The project consisted of a 5,518 SF work out gym for Centro Ybor employees. This private gym boasts all phases of fitness equipment including padded turf, weight machines and a high end kickboxing room complete with sound system.
