The Perry Company is currently constructing the warehouse expansion of Ashley Furniture Homestore’s Distribution Center. This 170,770 Square Foot Tilt-up warehouse with 44 loading docks will sit on 23 acres of total site with over 9 acres of direct improvement including secured staging areas for 94 tractor trailers ready to ship furniture all across the S.E. United States. Improved design to customer pick up area creates safer and easier access for the general public and Ashley Furniture employees.
