The Perry Company was chosen to build this two million-dollar residential development clubhouse and community center for the Arbor Greene Master Planned Community located in New Tampa.

The 6,000 sf facility is situated on a 6.6-acre site. Custom design and engineering specifications for the project included an aerobic studio, tennis complex, swimming pools and game room. Architectural features include the use of cupolas, ornate windows, high-end interior finishes and an extensive site work and landscaping package.
